Born: Hudson, New York, December 31, 1962

After graduating Buffalo State College with a Bachelor of Science degree (cum laude) in 1985, Neil then earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1988. He clerked for the late, Honorable John B. Doolin, Chief Justice of the Oklahoma Supreme Court from 1987 to 1988.

Upon graduation from Law School in 1988 and ceasing his Clerkship with Chief Justice Doolin, Neil passed the Nevada Bar in 1988 and was admitted to: the Nevada Bar; US District Court, District of Nevada; District of Nevada; US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

After graduating Buffalo State College with a Bachelor of Science degree (cum laude) in 1985, Neil then earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1988. He clerked for the late, Honorable John B. Doolin, Chief Justice of the Oklahoma Supreme Court from 1987 to 1988.

Neil's hobbies and interests include, golf, politics, the Boston Red Sox, Celtics, and (of course) the Oklahoma Sooners, history, and horseback riding
