While we are litigators, we take pride in the fact that more than 90% of our cases are resolved without the necessity for trial or protracted litigation. And, because we are able to resolve most cases within 180 days, we can commit time to the more complex cases which require trial or evidentiary hearings. We have earned a reputation for being reasonable in negotiations and aggressive in litigation. Our philosophy is that if we can resolve the vast majority of our cases amiably, we can devote the time and attention necessary for litigation matters that we must pursue.
